Dr Lisa Marie Berry

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist, who specialises in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people and their families.

My goal as a clinical child psychologist is to help children overcome any psychological difficulties they may face. From behavioural problems to anxiety and depression, I offer personalized support and therapy to help children manage their emotions and thrive. With a warm and friendly approach, I ensure that children feel safe and comfortable during our sessions. I believe that every child deserves a chance to feel happy, healthy and fulfilled, and I am passionate about supporting them in achieving their goals.

I am a non-autistic neurodiversity-affirming practitioner. I work in an inclusive and collaborative manner. I believe that the therapeutic relationship forms the foundation of any psychological support, and is pivotal in providing a safe space for you or your child to talk about the challenges you are experiencing. I have undertaken advanced training in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness-based therapies (including Mindful Parenting) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I draw on these approaches, and ensure that the support I offer is tailored to your individual needs and experiences.
